If there's no native connector, or you need more complex logic — connect via Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, or Zapier.
This is the more flexible approach. You define exactly what happens to a message once it arrives: which pipeline it enters, which field gets filled, which tag gets applied, who it gets assigned to.
Works with: any CRM that has API or webhook support — even niche or custom-built systems.
Example logic in Make:Message arrives in Telegram → Make receives the webhook → checks if this contact exists in CRM → if yes, adds the message to an existing deal; if no, creates a new lead and assigns it → sends an automated reply to the client
